Everyday Dog Training is a small independent dog-training service based in Fraserburgh. This notice explains how information you provide when contacting Everyday Dog Training is handled.
Information I collect
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, the type of help you are looking for, your preferred contact method and a message. Your phone number and your dog's name are optional, although a phone number is required if you ask for a phone reply.
Please do not include sensitive personal information that is not necessary for your dog-training enquiry.
Why I use your information
Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, discuss whether Everyday Dog Training can help, arrange sessions where appropriate, and keep track of our conversation.
The lawful basis for this use is the legitimate interest of responding to people who choose to contact Everyday Dog Training and, where training is arranged, taking the steps needed to provide the requested service.
How enquiries are handled
When you submit the enquiry form, the information is stored on the Everyday Dog Training server. A notification containing the enquiry details is also sent to a private Discord channel used for managing Everyday Dog Training enquiries.
If you contact Everyday Dog Training directly by email, your message and contact details are handled through Microsoft Outlook.
Enquiry information is not sold, used for advertising, or added to marketing mailing lists.
How long information is kept
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your enquiry and deal with any resulting training arrangements. Information that is no longer needed is reviewed and deleted.
Your rights
You can ask what personal information Everyday Dog Training holds about you, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, or ask for information to be deleted where applicable.
You may also object to the use of your personal information in some circumstances.
If you are unhappy with how your information is handled, you also have the right to raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.
Website information
This website does not use advertising cookies or visitor analytics. The web server may record basic technical information such as requested pages, connection details and error information where needed to operate and protect the website.
